Who We Are

The founder Rev. SBJ Oshoffa gave the following as part of the responsibilities of the International management committee.

1. The IMC as a body shall form an integral part of the Constitution of the CCC (as amended in 1981).
2. To serve as the parochial committee of International Headquarters church and that all members of the committee must attend service and officiate at the third Sunday of every month at the International church, Ketu. The committee has throughout its 38 years of existence kept to this injunction by preparing annual roster for its members to officiate at Ketu.
3. The IMC shall be an autonomous body vested with unhindered duty to freely plan, execute policies and programs of the CCC Worldwide and to offer constructive suggestions and ideas for the progress and advancement of the Church Worldwide.
4. To arrange and organize the harvests for International Headquarter Church. Ketu and CCC Imeko church respectively.
5. To fully keep the Pastor informed regularly of all suggestions and deliberations of the IMC
6. Dedication and restyling of the 3rd Sunday Service of every Month as IMC Worship Day where IMC Members are assigned varying officiating responsibilities at the International Hqtrs. Church, Ketu.
7. To function under the ultimate authority of the Pastor in whom resides all authorities and powers of the CCC Worldwide.
8. The committee was directed to organize and supervise the annual Xmas convocation since 1983. The financial responsibility for this arrangement was borne by members of the committee in the early stage of its existence.
9. Organization and Supervision of the Yearly Christmas Convocation at lmeko since 1983. This has now been assigned to the Convocation Committee.
10. To organize or compliment the yearly International Hqtrs. Church,Ketu Adult Harvest.

11. Organization and Supervision of the Easter Programs at Km. 53 which include the Washing of the Feet and Holy Communion. Printing of Program of Events, Provision of the Materials for Washing of the Feet and Holy Communion via the cooperation and participation of various Parishes states, Dioceses etc assigned with Pastoral Responsibilities.

12. Organization and Supervision of the Palm Sunday Activities at International Hotrs. Church, Ketu, which events include Morning Pastoral/Congregational Procession with Brass Band and Donkey, aside from Printing of Program etc of Events and arrangements of Officiating Ministers.

13. To organize or compliment Yearly lmeko Adult Harvest.

14. On Easter programmes, the committee was mandated.

• Handle arrangement for the washing of the feet of full time workers of the church and holy Communion service by providing the stands, water, storage, and all spiritual materials.
• Handle the Palm Sunday activities including printing of the service programme and identifying officiating ministers for International Headquarters church, Ketu.
• Arrange for the Palm Sunday morning procession with brass band and donkey.

To accord sufficient legitimacy to the Committee, the IMC Charter was jointly signed by the trio of Pastor/Founder Rev. S.B.J Oshoffa, Supreme Evang. A. A. Bada and Sup. Evang. S. 0. Ajanlekoko, In-deed IMC is the only Committee in the Church set up by a Charter.

There is no doubt whatsoever that the IMC has recorded significant success in its assigned duties and responsibilities over time. Glory be to God! Halleluyah !

Noteworthy also, the IMC has increased and expanded over the years with chapters in UK and Central Europe. We are currently prospecting for a chapter in North America.

The Celestial Covenant is God’s divine intervention in 1947 through Papa S.B.J.

Oshoffa/Celestial Church of Christ, the last boat of salvation – To give peace to humanity, give restoration, healing, deliverance and to garner souls for heavenly ward.
